Refund policy
At Girly Tech & Things, we want you to love your order. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened where applicable, with all original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, cases, chargers, cables, or included parts. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must first be approved before any item is sent back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return delivery or shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order. Customers may be asked to provide clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, and any visible issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Items that have been used, damaged, scratched, stained, altered, or are no longer in their original condition
- Items missing packaging, accessories, tags, manuals, cases, chargers, cables, or included parts
- Personal accessories or hygiene-related items where applicable
- Sale, discounted, clearance, or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged after delivery, pickup, or customer handling
- Orders where the customer selected the wrong item, colour, model, size, or quantity

Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and once the item has been inspected and approved.
If you would like a different item, colour, or style, the fastest way is to place a new order once your return has been approved, where applicable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you will be refunded using the original payment method where possible. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank, payment provider, or card company to process and post the refund.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are only issued after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed, packed, dispatched, or made ready for pickup. Once an order has already been prepared, delivered, picked up, or sent out, cancellation may no longer be available.
