Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, public holidays, and delivery or pickup arrangements. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and will contact you if there are any delays or issues with your order.

Please ensure that all order details are correct before checkout, including your name, contact number, delivery address, and selected items.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Girly Tech & Things offers delivery options within Trinidad and Tobago, where available.

Delivery availability, timelines, and fees may vary depending on your location. Delivery fees will be shown at checkout where applicable, or confirmed with you before your order is completed.

Customers may be contacted via email, phone, or WhatsApp to confirm delivery details if needed.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, courier availability, public holidays, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Girly Tech & Things will not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, delivery providers, or circumstances beyond our control.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Girly Tech & Things is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or additional delivery costs caused by:

  • Incorrect delivery address
  • Incomplete delivery information
  • Unavailable recipient
  • Incorrect contact number
  • Customer not responding to calls or messages
  • Last-minute changes to delivery details

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect information or the customer being unavailable, an additional delivery fee may apply to resend or rearrange delivery.

PICKUP ORDERS

Pickup may be available by arrangement.

If you select or arrange pickup, you will be contacted when your order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until your order has been confirmed as ready.

Customers are responsible for collecting their order within the agreed pickup timeframe. If you are unable to collect your order at the agreed time, please contact us as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.

ORDER HANDOVER

Once an order has been delivered, collected, or handed over to the customer or delivery provider, Girly Tech & Things is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays that occur after handover, except where the issue is due to an error on our part.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

You may be asked to provide clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, and any visible issue so that we can assess the matter and make it right.

Issues reported outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for a replacement, exchange, or refund.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, customer unavailability, or failure to respond, the order may be returned or held until further arrangements are made.

Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by an error on the part of Girly Tech & Things.
